Tingting has been an IT Security Software Developer at the IT Security Office since 2022. She has over 10 years of full-time working experience in software development. Prior to joining the IT Security Office, she worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Parsons Corporation, as a Lead Software Engineer at VT's University Libraries and as a Software Engineer at Intrexon Corporation. She graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Computer Science. While a student at VT, she was a recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship and the Microsoft Research Graduate Women’s Scholarship.
