Procedures

15.1 - Establish and Maintain an Inventory of Service Providers

Ensure that all service provider contracts and purchases related to computer hardware, software, testing, and/or maintenance adhere to all relevant VT IT Procurement policies and procedures prior to being authorized for use at Virginia Tech.

15.2 - Establish and Maintain a Service Provider Management Policy

Ensure that all service provider contracts and purchases related to computer hardware, software, testing, and/or maintenance adhere to all relevant VT IT Procurement policies and procedures prior to being authorized for use at Virginia Tech.

15.3 - Classify Service Providers

Ensure that all service provider contracts and purchases related to computer hardware, software, testing, and/or maintenance adhere to all relevant VT IT Procurement policies and procedures prior to being authorized for use at Virginia Tech.

15.4 - Ensure Service Provider Contracts Include Security Requirements
